The first half of the book features 2 to 4 page spreads on some pretty unique and wonderful interiors. I happen to love design sponge the blog, and I like the book as well. There’s been lots of books written by authors of famous blogs. The concept for the book is an interesting one. It goes right back to my motto, that “your home should greet you with a hug at the end of the day”. It reminded me that good design is about reflecting the tastes, styles, accomplishments and aspirations of the people who reside there. What a fun treat!! Good design really does run the gamut. I wasn’t sure what I expecting with the book, but it wasn’t a third of the book to be filled with a peek into the personal stylings of so many unique homes. It’s changed a lot over the years but continues to be one the best go-to places for those fascinated by all things home interiors to visit.
